Ultimate Frisbee has arrived at BAYS!  

Fall 2025 Ultimate Skills Clinics

Who:  5th - 12th graders  
Dates:  Sundays from Sept 21 - Nov 16
Time: 3:30 - 5:30 pm - time/place may change due to light in November...will be posted ahead of time
Place: Magothy River Middle School Fields, 241 Peninsula Farm Rd, Arnold, MD
 TBA 10/12 and 11/9 due to coach availability

What will we do
- For the first hour we will learn ultimate skills (disc throwing and catching, cutting, marking, defense)
- For the second hour we will play ultimate or ultimate-like games
- Each week athletes will learn new skills or game strategy and implement when we scrimmage
- The last week we will have a round-robin of games depending on number of participants

Water (lots of it!)

A snack in case you get hungry

Cleats (soccer, lacrosse or football) - helpful, but not required

Adults - you can play too!
- If you have any experience playing ultimate (this includes pick up in your 20s), we can use your help!  No prior planning involved.  Just show up and you'll be given a a drill to run or a group to help.  
- If you have no experience playing ultimate but want to learn, come with your young athlete to learn to play and get some exercise!!

Summer 2025 - FREE Ultimate Skills Clinics

Dates:  July 20, July 27, August 10, August 17
Time: 4-6 pm - time may change due to heat/storms...will be posted ahead of time
Place: Magothy River Middle School Fields, 241 Peninsula Farm Rd, Arnold, MD

What will we do

- For the second hour we will play ultimate or ultimate-like games

Depending on how many individuals register and their ages, we will divide the athletes into the following groups

Rising 2-4 graders (Parents will also help out)

Rising 5-7 graders

Rising 8-12 graders and HS graduates

Water (lots of it!)

A snack in case you get hungry

A white shirt and a color shirt (not gray)
Cleats (soccer, lacrosse or football) - helpful, but not required
